The Great Indian Surge (Genre: Society)

global coronavirus impact: Indian economy 'remarkably unscathed' amid global coronavirus surge: Chinese media - The Economic Times

After having foolishly been responsible for its own slavery of almost a thousand years, at the hands of Muslims and Christians, India has finally awakened to a new reality that it can and it should surge to give a new world to its citizens and the world at large.

India knows it can do and in the present context under the dynamic leadership of its PM, Mr. Narendra Modi it is attempting just that.

Better late than never and India has stiff competition from neighboring China and other emerging economies. It therefore needs to ponder a few concerns before it's nicely seated on the saddle. It is not a hidden fact that India traditionally has been the ire of its enemies like its neighbors to the West and North.

India needs to correct its politics, social life, economy and technology to put it most straightforwardly. Most importantly it should improve the culture in its workplaces, as it is disdainful in today's date. "Nepotism, Politics, Red-tapeism, Unprofessionalism-Will Do Later-Not My Job," etc., are some of the ills that slow the productivity at offices.

Moreover lack of good leadership, poor management-employee and poor employee-employee relationships mar the otherwise well-oiled machinery the Indian employees and management can fruitfully result.

Sexual harassment of women and their consequent exploitation is a well known fact. This should stop immediately. Not only is this against law it is against the great Indian value system. India should have no need to follow the Western philosophy where a woman has only one role to play and that is to meet the need of sexual lust.

India is the land of Ram and Krishan, Sita, Sati and Savitri and so sexual decorum must be maintained at all costs.

It should be borne in mind that wrong is wrong even if everyone is doing it and right is right even if no one is doing it.

1000 Growth Quotes - Inspirational Quotes at BrainyQuote

De-criminalization of politics, political honesty and integrity should be the top priority of PM Modi. A strong country is one where the polity is visionary and honest. India lacks this today. Hence the idea is to build India on a strong political base.

A vibrant and progressive economy is possible only if the political base of India is stable, visionary and full of integrity that has the interest of people at the heart of all it does.

The Great Indian Surge will be long lasting only if India is built on the guiding principles of Dharma and Karma. "Alcohol," "Drugs," "Non-vegetarian diets," "Adultery," "Prostitution," "Pornography," "Gambling," "Bribery," "Corruption," etc., should all be eradicated before any results can be seen that can make India truly leap to the final frontiers of future.

Educating the masses, training the workforce from time to time, modernizing the forces and improving its relations with the states at large should be a top priority along with the other things mentioned above.

The idea is to make India growth-oriented with a view to have a positive image and dynamic outlook. India should borne in mind that all that has been lost in the past can be now won back if only it decides to learn from its mistakes.

The Great Indian Surge aims to put India as a modern state that respects her ancient and strikingly impressive culture, traditions, languages, religions etc., while contributing to global peace and harmony by making her take bold and timely steps to act as a peacemaker and harmonizer.

It should aim India at being a balance-maker that is effective and efficient, without using her power inadequately to her own selfish advantage. A critically important factor in the success of India would be to have a streamlined civic system in place with a special need for having social benefits built in it for the citizens.

As a word, unity of mind, heart and action in the Indian masses is what is the most important ingredient for success of today and tomorrow.

The Great Indian Surge is incomplete without India learning from the West and making the West learn from it. It is a win-win. In this context it is vital to learn what people have mentioned about India in the days gone by and how Indians are behaving today.

While the West is nearly advanced than others in most respect it still needs to address a few places here and there that can put it truly ahead or make it perfect for others to really emulate.

Some of the things that India holds out for it to practice are existence of "Family set-ups/Marriages, secular approach of life of the Hindus of India, Vegetarianism, Yoga, Ayurveda, religious knowledge in the form of ancient texts, rituals, traditions and practices, sanctity of sex, relationships and marriages, respect, love and care for elders, helping each other remove loneliness, non-violence, not having politically expansionist designs at the cost of others, helping others when in need if that be difficult, art, literature, music, dance, craft and education and so on."

While some in the West may view India as yet underdeveloped it is actually ahead in many ways despite it being a slave country for about a thousand years and that is because traditional things have been well carried on from one generation to another.

Even though adultery and nudity are fast becoming a reality in India, it still has the majority that dwells in marriages upheld most respectfully and modest clothing to name just right.

Divorces are not seen respectfully even though they exist but the West should rethink on curtailing them as they are a step in the direction of adultery and prostitution.

A "man-woman relationship," is a sin and not needed and the West should take a cue from the morally advanced India that arranged and love marriages are the new answers and not illicit sex to meet your requirement. It is okay to be late than never because in the end all that matters is both your result and the path.

India on the other hand can learn professionalism, honesty, integrity, discipline, maintain law and order, health system, education system, and the general positive attitude of the West and not carry the, "Chalta-Hai-Attitude," meaning it-is-ok even when it is not.

India was at a point in time having these but somehow after 1947 due to the INC misrule and corruption made India lose these as a result of which it could not develop and became an underdeveloped and backward country.

As a matter of fact, we still have time and all is not lost if only we become awake to the reality we face.
